Falcon I91104 and I91105 Induction Ovens

Forming part of Falcon Foodservice’s latest F900 induction range, these two new ovens combine sustainability and aesthetics with robust performance, and high-quality manufacturing. Model number I91104 includes four 3.5kw zones, while its sister model has four 5kw zones. Both are mounted over a 2/1 gastronorm oven.

Falcon’s new ovens deliver all the benefits of induction, which include energy saving, safety, and speed. The hob offers an extended cooking area surface to control spillages and is complemented by the electric oven, which has accurate temperature control and good loading capacity.
