The Japanese manufacturer Hoshizaki has added a groundbreaking appliance to its list of commercial kitchen and food service equipment. Forming part of the firm’s IM range of ice machines, the IM65NE-Q represents the world’s first and only automatic ball ice machine.

Hoshizaki is widely considered to be one of the world’s leading manufacturers of ice machines and dispensers, achieving high levels of efficiency in temperatures of between 40°C and 1°C, even in humid environments. Its range of equipment also includes refrigerators, freezers, sushi cases, and water electrolysers.
