THE ISLAY TEA
INGREDIENTS
• 30 ml Grand Marnier fat washed
with butter • 30 ml Lagavulin 16 • 15 ml sweet vermouth reduction • 1 dash Pimento bitters • 12 ml water • 2 cinnamon sticks • 2 orange peels • 2 lemon peels
PREPARATION
Combine all the ingredients in a hot infusing siphon. Serve it in a tea cup with a dehydrated orange.
