Foodie Net­work: Moughrabeyye Salad with Manal Mas­soud

“I am a mom-turned-food in­flu­encer! I was in­tro­duced to dif­fer­ent cuisines at a very young age in a fam­ily that had a great pas­sion for ex­cel­lent food. I learnt how to cook grad­u­ally, with my first stuffed vine leaves' prepa­ra­tion at the mere age of 12, while my first meghle batch came just a few years later. Over time, I've col­lected more than 100 cook­books and watched cook­ing shows that have al­lowed me to slowly pol­ish my skills in in­ter­na­tional and lo­cal dishes.

My great­est joy in life is my four chil­dren, who are the best (and pick­i­est) judges of recipes.

They mo­ti­vate me to try new recipes daily. Each has a par­tic­u­lar life­style and dif­fer­ent needs, and I try to ac­com­mo­date these. This di­ver­sity has en­abled me to eas­ily cater for my cook­ing stu­dents’ de­mands and needs. My fa­vorite quote? ‘When bak­ing, fol­low the recipe, but when cook­ing, fol­low your heart.’
