Once part of the Tissot Antimagnétique collection launched in the 1930s, which compromised of the first nonmagnetic wristwatches in the world, the contemporary Heritage timepiece adheres to the same principles as the original models, built upon today’s new production technologies. Upon the surface, the leaf-shaped hands, black vegetable leather strap with folding clasp, and the Tissot logo of that time, reflects the past by demonstrating the attention that has been paid to every single detail once upon a time. Holding together the vintage elements, is a 40mm case made of nickel-chromium alloy, capped with a ‘box’ type antireflective sapphire glass more commonly seen on highend watches. Underneath it all ticks the Tissot exclusive 27mm calibre mechanical movement with manual winding, and luxurious finishes of the blue screws, Côtes de Genève stripes and Heritage logo.
