WHY GO

-

This is a gem of a place to impress your first date, propose, celebrate an important event, or simply have a good meal over exquisite French fare and old-world charm ambience.

At Maison Francaise, diners can choose from the tempting gourmand and degustation menus consisting of selected items from the main menu, or from the a la carte menu.

The lobster bisque is frothy and perfectly balanced with its taste neither too salty or piquant. Next, the grilled octopus leg, spongy to the bite and paired with seared scallops whet the appetite for the main course.

After the satisfying lobster bisque, the bread crust seared sea bass is a light and easy main course. Crusty to the cut, underneath the breaded surface lies the moist and tender sea bass fillet. The accompanying cider butter sauce brings out the fish’s flavours while the mashed buttered leeks give a contrasting sensual texture. Another noteworthy main is the seared French mallard duck breast with Penja black pepper sauce and crispy confit of leg.

End the meal with the piece de resistance dessert – Grand Marnier liquor soufflé. It’s light and fluffy with a melt-in-yourmouth texture.
