The fourth-generation jewellery designer is inspired by school uniforms, even though she never wore one. She likes the clean, sleek lines of well-pressed conformity. Also, an understated ensemble shows off the subversive, luxe details of her creations. “I want what I do to stand out from what I’m wearing,” she says of her minimalist style. Repossi has been a loyal supporter of Phoebe Philo at Céline, ranked as one of Nicolas Ghesquière’s best clients at Balenciaga, and is a good friend and collaborator with Alexander Wang, creating special pieces for his collection.
