Gucci’s Cruise ’14 campaign, fronted by Andreea Diaconu and photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, features the Romanian model in a tropical paradise with a stunning sunset as a backdrop. The set reflects the collection, rich in hues of sand, rust, and copper. Silk twill of sultry iridescence and woven lurex pieces reflect a carefree Seventies attitude – “a collection of all my getaway essentials, designed for an up-andcoming Jerry Hall beaming with breezy style,” says creative director Frida Giannini.
