What’s on your radar this year? KW: Shoulder-length and shorter bobs. Colours that will be really popular are copper, rose gold, and auburn. What do you love in Spring/Summer ’14? KW: I like the short crop – it can be shoulder-length with a long fringe, or layered long hair with a grunge cut to the fringe. I also like the wet look with one side tucked behind the ear. It is so simple but so stylish. What makes your salon red hot? KW: We keep a 7-Day Promise to all our customers, which means that they can come back to us anytime in those seven days if they intend to change the colour or cut.
