Voluptuous shapes and bold colours signify Bulgari’s Musa, a new jewellery collection that pays homage to nine muses of ancient Greece who ruled over the worlds of art, poetry, and music. The egg-shaped takhti cut plays a starring role in this collection, a cut that was highly popular in the Mughal empire and now reinterpreted by Bulgari. Its sensual curved shape is reminiscent of an ancient culture and serves to intensify the colours of the gemstones used, from blue topaz and citrine to amethyst and rubellite.
