“I love food, but I’ve never really enjoyed the act of cooking. Except for shellfish and dairy, which I’m mildly allergic to, I eat everything in moderation. I feel less bloated when I avoid them, but if I’m in Italy I’ll cheat and have gelato.” Breakfast: “I start the day by eating breakfast with my kids. Two cups of coffee with avocado toast and egg whites, oatmeal and berries, or cereal with almond milk, strawberries, and manuka honey.” Lunch: “I eat at my desk: a lentil salad with avocado and grilled salmon from Cabbage Patch or a kale salad from Mendocino Farms.” Dinner: “My chef prepares dinner for me and my family during the week. I like a quinoa or kale salad,
