A more ethe­real ver­sion of the orig­i­nal Daisy launched in 2007,7, Daisy Dream speaks to the ro­man­tic in­no­cence of a woman n in her early 20s. Di­rected by Sofia Cop­pola, the cam­paignn fea­tures model An­to­nia Wes­seloh in a field of daisies crowned with blue skies and d cot­ton candy clouds. Play­ing with sparklers, she is the very pic­ture of youth. The e field echoes the bot­tle de­sign, the scent en­cased in glass, dressed in lacy blos­soms.

Says per­fumer Al­berto Mo­ril­las, who was also be­hind the orig­i­nal, “As al­ways, the idea was to cre­ate a play­ful, yet el­e­gant fra­grance. The DNA of the brand is this ‘wink’ that em­bod­ies the light, op­ti­mistic spirit of Marc Ja­cobs; a fra­grance that makes you smile yet still feel so­phis­ti­cated. There’s an in­tri­cate mix in this fruity scent. The top notes burst with black­berry, grape­fruit, and pear while the heart is a bou­quet of jas­mine, ly­chee, and blue wis­te­ria. White woods, musks, and co­conut ut wa­ter make up the dry-down, like a dreamy cot­ton cloud.”
