R ED -HOT PA SSION
I would express it through my personality and actions – not necessarily beauty. But eyes are the windows to the soul, and passion pours out of mine.
MAK ING CAT EYES
For daytime, I focus on the top lid; at night I use a black pencil like Eyeko Making Eyes on the inside of the eye underneath. Smudge it out so it’s more
of a sultry, sexy, Brigitte Bardot look.
When I put on make-up I have this in mind: You need to be yourself. Eyeko Making Eyes in Pitch Black, RM59 I love the George Northwood salon in London, and Kérastase conditioners
are great at making your hair look smooth and shiny.
Fragrance is a deeply personal thing for me. It’s a shame when I give away my favourite, I smell it on others and it de-personalises the scent for me. I shop at
Le Labo and Creed. I’m a concoction of rose, sandalwood, and vetiver.
LIGHT & GR ACE
Anything to do with ballet and Pilates I love. With ballet, I get to work on
deportment, elegance, and grace in life, as well as the way I carry myself.
I have an adventurous spirit and I’ll try anything once. Beauty has always
intrigued me, so when Max and Nina [Leykind] offered me the role of Eyeko’s creative consultant, I saw a great opportunity to contribute
constructively in the making of products.
MY NEXT BOOK
I Id don’t think it will be similar to the first [ It, an ode to style icons]. Hopefully,
if I write another one it would be more of words as opposed to imagery.
LIVE LIFE FULL
I’m pleased that I am passionate. Being despondent is my worst nightmare.
