Diptyque’s much-loved scents throughout the years make an appearance in this new blend, in which fig leaf mingles with blackcurrant as well as artful dashes of cinnamon and clove. The idea behind Diptyque’s 50th anniversary celebration was that of the “odour thief”, much like the scentless apprentice in Patrick Süskind’s famous novel, The setting and its history are immortalised in Diptyque 34, fêting its illustrious journey from underground bazaar to full-fledged artisanal perfumers.
