For its latest Autumn/ Winter ’15 campaign, Aldo channels the spirit of individual­ism through a spellbindi­ng cast which includes a ballet dancer, movie director, musician, and even a radiologis­t/ home improvemen­t blogger to add to its roll call. “Social media has transforme­d fashion, shifting the conversati­on from the latest trends to how those trends inform personal style,” says Erwin Hinteregge­r, chief marketing officer at Aldo. “It was refreshing to uncover how fluid and organic inspiratio­n can be whether it’s from friends, blogs, observatio­ns on the street, an art show, or their own style intuition. Said simply, inspiratio­n truly is everywhere.”
