WHY DON’T YOU...?

... INCLUDE ELEMENTS OF YOURSELF IN YOUR WORK? I like to present myself as a fictional character in my work. Years ago, I designed a scarf and added a mole on the face of a female character called The North Wind, similar to the one below my lower lip. Now, within the chapter ‘A Present From The Sky’ from Gucci’s Le Marché des Merveilles book, I’ve added the mole onto my spirit animal to represent myself in a subtle manner. ... REDISCOVER LOVE THROUGH YOUR FAVOURITE POEM? I find the phrase “There was an old person of Skye, Who waltz’d with a Bluebottle fly: They buzz’d a sweet tune, to the light of the moon, And entranced all the people of Skye.” from The Complete Nonsense Of Edward Lear particularly romantic and enigmatic, and would make a great modern-day love story. @phannapast
