TON SUR TONJust like a painting, achieve the chiaroscuro effect by painting the top lip in a gorgeous deep lilac shade such as Nars Powermatte Lip Pigment in Wild Night. Mute out the bottom lip with Nars Aqua Glow Cushion Foundation, and apply a small amount of lip balm to the centre of the inner lip.
