Cedar on 15
Go for the views, the service with a smile and the expertly executed menu, which while succinct, more than satisfies.
The menu is relatively small but put together with care and presumably aimed at those who don’t want to make too many decisions.
• The signature cream of topin ambour aka “Earth Apple” gives new presence to Jerusalem artichokes. It’s filled with velvety luxuriance and a hint of truffle.
• Full marks should go to another house special the pumpkin
seed crusted black cod.
• Another worthwhile dish is the tangy beef ribs, which are almost too generous in portion for one.
