Why Go
The vibe’s casual and the views are unparalleled at this al fresco restaurant-cum-bar. All in all, it’s a fun spot to hang out and admire the stunning views as you sip your Pisco sour.
Tatler tips
Get all fired up by the menu, which has a South American slant. Think guacamoles and ceviches, alongside tapas-style “little plates” bearing smoked quail eggs and salted cod roe croquettes, and “big plates” of ribs and steak good for sharing.
You will be spoiled for choice with their numerous variations of guacamole. Our favourite is the anchovy version with its addictive silky texture and subtle tangy flavours. The cured Australian Grade 5 Wagyu sirloin is tasty enough on its own; you won't need the accompanying black olive and truffle sauce. Don’t miss out on the crispy cinnamon-dusted churros.
