The menu showcases plenty of Latino ingredients such as habaneros, tortillas and guajillo peppers, alongside a very respectable list of prime cuts.

• The smoked salmon roll with chive habanero aioli and avruga caviar is a pleasant way to start the meal.

• For mains, we highly recommend the shorthorn tasting plate. It’s an excellent choice of three cuts, each at 120g, comprising a Master Kobe oyster blade with mushroom confit, Australian Angus ribeye with salsa roja, and a Kobe Wagyu eye fillet with a drizzle of Cabrales blue cheese sauce.
