WHAT TO OR­DER

The saf­fron-scented arancini is served on a bed of tomato coulis. Bit­ing into the crunchy ex­te­rior of the arancini gives way to creamy risotto and moz­zarella in­side. Also note­wor­thy is the salmon crudo, which is made up of thin slices of salmon, given a lit­tle sweet­ness and tang with lemon curd.

The herb-crusted New Zealand rack of lamb comes highly rec­om­mended. The lamb is won­der­fully cooked and the herb crust gives the dish a flavour­ful crunch. The per­fectly grilled black an­gus sir­loin is also an ex­cel­lent choice. True to its name, the meat is per­fectly grilled to a medium rare with a melt-in-the-mouth tex­ture. Dauphi­noise pota­toes and grilled as­para­gus make per­fect ac­com­pa­ni­ments to both meat dishes.

For a sweet end­ing, try the choco­late lava purse. The crunchy pas­try is served with a snow­ing of ic­ing su­gar. Crack­ing into the pas­try re­veals a spilling of deca­dent choco­late lava that is com­ple­mented with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
