WHY GO

From innovative South American cuisine to a stellar view of the Petronas Twin Towers, this al fresco restaurant has it all.

WHAT TO ORDER

The pickled prawn guacamole is a twist on the restaurant’s signature guacamole. It is slightly tart and sweet chunks of prawns enhance the creamy guacamole. The guacamole is served with lotus root and cassava chips that add additional flavour elements.

The soft shell crab arepa has a hint of wasabi and the crunchy texture of the crab contrasts with the density of the maize bread. The beef shin arepa on the other hand, is savoury and spicy thanks to jalapenos that add a pleasant heat element. The salted cod roe croquettes feature a very strong cod taste with a crunchy exterior. The croquette is creamy, while garnishing consisting of seaweed and salmon roe add a Japanese twist to the dish.

The signature dish, Malabar fish stew, is fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection. It is served in a pot with rice, immensely spicy habaneros and a very palatable gravy. The generous fish portion is delicious and goes very well with the rice.

End the meal with the signature churros. The churros are crispy with a wonderful cinnamon flavour while the salted caramel mousse makes this dish a clear winner.
