The yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno and yuzu soy dressing is a Nobu classic and a wonderful way to start this epicurean journey. This simple dish is packed with flavours thanks to the yuzu soy dressing and has a spicy kick from the jalapeno. The salmon new style sashimi is another sumptuous starter. The thin slices of salmon are lightly seared in sesame oil and topped with a yuzu soy dressing.

The baby spinach dry miso with scallop is a favourite among many guests. The spinach is bright green and luscious while the scallop is sweet and cooked to perfection.

The black cod with miso is a Nobu signature dish. Nobu has given this traditiona­l Japanese dish a twist by making it a little sweeter, which works amazingly well with the rich cod.

To finish off this gastronomi­c adventure, the Bento Box —a Nobu signature dessert — is a must try. In a traditiona­l bento box is a disc of chocolate fondant, a sesame tuile and a scoop of green tea ice-cream. The fondant is decadent with its velvety texture while the ice-cream rounds up the richness of the chocolate with its refreshing flavours.
