WHAT TO ORDER
The homemade tagliatelle, pan-seared Hokkaido scallops, cod roe butter and chives is a good starter. The fresh plump scallops give a good contrast to the sauce. The grass-fed beef tenderloin tartare, parmesan sorbet, aged balsamic pearls and miso cremeaux is another appetiser worth trying. The beef tartare is delicately seasoned and goes very well with the smoky hint of the miso cremeaux.
The Wagyu beef striploin MS 8, Jerusalem artichoke puree, grilled vegetables and Kampot pepper sauce is definitely a delight. The beef is lightly seasoned, which does justice to maintain the true taste of the Wagyu. The grilled Sabah lobster, herbs butter, semi-dried tomato, squid ink spaghetti and saffron emulsion is divine. The lobster is grilled just right and you can taste its moistness with a hint of saltiness.
The pandan crepe, caramelised banana with gula melaka and coconut sorbet comes highly recommended and the sweet fragrance of the pandan crepe is a good combination to the caramalised banana filling.
