Sig­na­ture dishes in­clude fried Bos­ton lob­ster with cheese and baked meat crab with salted egg yolk. The fried bit­ter gourd with salted egg yolk is a won­der­ful com­bi­na­tion thanks to the rich­ness of the egg and the bit­ter­ness of the vegetable.

The fried bean curd is soft and ten­der and served with tasty minced chicken in a brown sauce. The fried broc­coli with scal­lops mean­while, is blanched to en­sure ten­der­ness and a melt-in-the-mouth sen­sa­tion.

A novel way to savour the live tiger prawns is the salt and pep­per style where the prawns are lightly floured and deep­fried to lock in their fresh­ness.

Desserts in­clude tasty ren­di­tions of some Chi­nese stan­dards such as chilled hon­ey­dew with sago, chilled mango with sago and sweet­ened lon­gan with sea co­conut.
