WHY GO

Reminiscent of a beach house, this white-walled restaurant offers both premium Asian fusion dishes and views of the Andaman Sea that are second to none.

WHAT TO ORDER

The tuna tartare is a must-have here. The teriyaki glaze on the tuna gives it a hint of sweetness while the avocado and mango salsa adds richness and a bit of tang to the tiny cubes of fish.

The crab salad is given a hint of heat with the wasabi tobiko and the addition of avocado gives it a creamy butteriness. The dish comes together nicely with a refreshing coriander yoghurt.

The seafood paella is great for sharing. Infused with Asian herbs and spices, it is topped with tomato salsa, lemon wedges, plump scallops, crispy pieces of fish, luscious prawns and chewy mussels — it is just as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the tastebuds.

Round up the meal with the Nagasari, a Malaysiana dessert made up of caramelised bananas and coconut cream topped with a crispy fried banana. It is complemented with teh tarik ice-cream, which has a hint of bitterness thanks to the tea leaf infusion.
