Tan Sri Azman Shah cofounded the successful chain of Holiday Villa Hotels and Resorts with his wife, Puan Sri Mavis Masri, with their first hotel based in Cherating. It has since expanded to become a leading Malaysian global hospitality company, with properties spanning the globe. He is grooming his children to ensure succession of the business.
