Five young and vivacious individuals share their aspirations for the future

TEH WENFEI

Although she initially comes off as shy, Wenfei has a core of steel. This lanky lass was admitted as a barrister-at-law at Lincoln’s Inn, holds a master’s degree in law as well as e-commerce and even dabbles in rugby. Her cool demeanour belies a warm personality—one that enjoys baking and fattening up the people she loves. An avid traveller with a refined taste in cultural pursuits, she adores classical music, ballet and art. Wenfei has had a foot in the fashion industry from her early teens thanks to her mother, Soo Shea Pin, but also ventured further into the industry on her own, interning for big names such as Manolo Blahnik, Jimmy Choo and Nicholas Kirkwood. There’s no stopping her though; armed with her experience and knowledge, she plans to enter the world of online fashion retail and flourish—just like the steel magnolia she was born to be.
