As CEO of CIMB Investment Bank, she is leading the group in its initiative to stay abreast of the digital revolution. The Godfearing Dato’ Kong aspires for her staff to become successful leaders in their own right and deems adaptabili­ty as a key trait for success—those who don’t will be left in the dust, she says.
