Which mobile app do you find extremely useful?

As an impoverished journalist who travels a lot, I’ve started using Hopper, a flight app that shows you the best time to fly, the cheapest time to get tickets, when you might get an upgrade and whether to buy now or wait.

What tech gadget are you most excited about?

I’ve tried virtual reality headsets a few times and I feel like they could really influence the way we think about travel and art. Either that, or they could mean we never leave our sofas again.

What would your personal robot be programmed to do?

Kick me out the door when I’m faffing around my flat and finally cure me of my seemingly incurable lateness.
