CHEF COLLABORATION

Mandarin Oriental has also recently announced that they have partnered up with Datuk Redzuawan Ismail, or more fondly known as Chef Wan (pictured top left), for an exclusive partnership. The collaboration, named Palaces of Malaysia Cuisine, is carefully planned with specially prepared dishes by Chef Wan for Malay weddings held at this luxurious hotel. The menu features food that is traditionally served at palaces all over Malaysia, each reflecting the rich culture and heritage of the region.
