The Skyworld Quality Centre tour highlights a few important areas every homeowner must and can inspect for themselves:

FLOOR

No hollow sound should be heard when floor tiles are gently tapped with a hard object.

CEILING

The covers should be closed properly and sit flushed to the ceiling board.

DOOR

Each door panel and all frames should be properly aligned and levelled.

WALL

The wall finishing should have no patchiness or difference in tonality.

WINDOW

Joints between window frames and walls should be neat as well as consistent.
