WHAT SHOULD PEOPLE DO TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR HAIR AT HOME?

Malaysia Tatler - - STYLE -

When you shampoo your hair, you really have to use the right technique. You must wash it twice. Once for you to get rid of the excess oil (foam will be watery), and twice to really get down to washing it thoroughly. Use something to protect and scrub your scalp, especially in these times. You’re always stressed, so hair loss is definitely a risk and a concern. A healthy scalp means healthy hair, so treat your scalp regularly. You must always blow-dry your hair—no matter how tired you are. Rough dry; proper heat will always moisturise the hair. If you don’t dry your hair, your hair might get weak. Condition the hair to protect it from aggressors. Our hair is naturally dry, and if you use water (whether warm or hot) to wash your hair, it will get even drier and subsequently, thinner.
