Silk, PNB extend equity sale dates

Silk Holdings Bhd and Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) have agreed to extend dates for terms relating to the former’s disposal of entire equity interest in Sistem Lingkaran-Lebuhraya Kajang Sdn Bhd to PNB. Silk Holdings said the two parties had agreed to extend the “Long Stop Date” from March 24 to April 24 and the “DD Completion Date” from March 15 to April 17.
