SapuraKencana unit sells HK stake

SapuraKencana Petroleum Bhd’s unit SapuraKencana Onshore Sdn Bhd has disposed of its 60 per cent equity interest in Hong Kong-based King Hang Engineering Co Ltd for RM2.83 million. The company said upon completion of the disposal, King Hang would cease to be its indirect subsidiary.
