Najib drops in on wedding

PEKAN: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak took time off his busy schedule to attend the joint wedding reception of two brothers in Kampung Panchor here yesterday.

Najib chatted with siblings Yuszry Fazly Ahmad Jamily, 28, and Yudie Fazly Ahmad Jamily, 33, and their respective brides, Nor Aniza Abdul Rahman, 28, and Nur Ain Mohammad Radzai, 33, at the reception for about 10 minutes.

Aniza, who is Pekan Puteri Umno information chief, was ecstatic about the visit.

“We sent the wedding invitation (to Najib) two weeks ago,” she said with a smile.
