Mor­gan Stan­ley’s Asia vet­eran re­signs

HONG KONG: Mor­gan Stan­ley banker Peter Chang, a man­ag­ing di­rec­tor who worked on South Korea merg­ers and ac­qui­si­tions, has re­signed af­ter 18 years with the firm, ac­cord­ing to peo­ple. Chang, head of the firm’s trans­ac­tion de­vel­op­ment group and re­struc­tur­ing in the Asia-Pa­cific re­gion ex­clud­ing Ja­pan, would stay on for a few more months, said the source. His exit wasn’t re­lated to the de­par­ture of Richard Wong, the firm’s co-head of merg­ers and ac­qui­si­tions in the Asia-Pa­cific re­gion, they said. Agen­cies
