Morgan Stanley’s Asia veteran resigns
HONG KONG: Morgan Stanley banker Peter Chang, a managing director who worked on South Korea mergers and acquisitions, has resigned after 18 years with the firm, according to people. Chang, head of the firm’s transaction development group and restructuring in the Asia-Pacific region excluding Japan, would stay on for a few more months, said the source. His exit wasn’t related to the departure of Richard Wong, the firm’s co-head of mergers and acquisitions in the Asia-Pacific region, they said. Agencies
