-

service provider customer was charged for a number that was no longer active.

Amira said the only way to terminate the U Mobile number was to visit its service centres.

“I find that odd as they are a mobile service provider and yet I can’t terminate a number without visiting a service centre.

“It is very tedious as there are only a few service centres. I am also out of the country.”

Amira said she did not use the number, but was billed more than RM70.
