TO celebrate the impending release of Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ smartphones in Malaysia, Samsung Malaysia Electronics is organising a nationwide roadshow with offers of exciting deals.
Simultaneous roadshows will be held on May 5-7 at three locations — Sunway Pyramid (Klang Valley), Queensbay Mall (Penang) and Sutera Mall (Johor Bahru) — while all 76 Samsung Experience Stores (SES) will also be participating in the three-day promotion.
For every purchase of the Galaxy S8 or S8+, Samsung will offer a limited edition starter kit that consists of a clear cover, a screen protector, a wireless charger stand, and a USB Type-C cable for a seamless mobile setup.
Adding to the rewards, Samsung is also giving away a compact 5,100mAh battery pack and customers are entitled to an exclusive purchase-with-purchase promotion, where they can enjoy 50 per cent off retail price for the new Gear VR with controller (RRP: RM499) and new Gear 360 (RRP: RM999) for every purchase of the Galaxy S8 or S8+. This offer is only applicable at the roadshow venues.
For customers who purchase the brand new Samsung Galaxy S8 and s8+ at any authorised Samsung dealers nationwide, they will receive a compact 5,100mAh battery pack worth RM269 (while stocks last) as well as the option to participate in a trade-up programme.
The limited time trade-up campaign was introduced to enable consumers to exchange their current smartphone for a brand new Samsung Galaxy S8 or S8+.
The new device is equipped with 10nm processor, 12MP dual pixel rear camera with an f1.7 lens, Super AMOLED Infinity Display and an iris scanner, among others.
