GET PROPERTY MARKET OUTLOOK AT MYRUMAH IN JOHOR BARU
Property event at Komtar JBCC open to public from 10am to 10pm
THE New Straits Times Press MyRumah Property Showcase is the best place for the public to get first-hand information and latest property developers’ offerings, ranging from residential to commercial ownership or investment.
The three-day showcase will be held for the second time at Komtar JBCC here starting today until Sunday.
The event is open to the public for free from 10am to 10pm.
It is the second of four MyRumah Property Showcase events organised this year.
The first showcase was held in March at Balai Berita NSTP in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.
The remaining two showcases will be held in Alor Star, Kedah, and again at Balai Berita NSTP.
The Andaman Group, LePro System Bhd and Essenso are the official content partners, while Grab is a supporting partner for the event.
The Andaman Group will arrange exclusive talks by renowned speakers and real estate experts will offer their insights on the Malaysian real estate markets, the outlook of property market this year, and valuable tips and strategies for investment and finance.
LePro System will host a property technology forum, inviting technology and IT experts who create platforms and cutting-edge technology in easing property buying processes, ownership and management via mobile phone apps.
The experts will share a glimpse of the technology that will play an important role in the future of property industry.
An offer of discounted Grab rides for those who want to attend the showcase will also be available.
Visitors stand a chance to win prizes at the Human Crane booth, with a minimum purchase of RM80 of Essenso products.
There will be special appearances by One FM deejays Kyan and Hana, and DJ Fizie and Haziq of Hot FM.
Fans will get the opportunity to attend meet-and-greet sessions starting tonight.
DJ Kyan and Hana will conduct their meet-and-greet together with DJ Fizie and Haziq from 7pm to 9pm today and tomorrow.
Eleven property developers, including Johor Land Bhd, Country Garden Pacificview Sdn Bhd, Bukit Pelali Development Sdn Bhd, Cuckoo International Sdn Bhd, Bank Muamalat Malaysia Bhd and Super Food Marketing Sdn Bhd, will showcase their products at the event.
More than 40 property units valued at RM20 million were sold at three MyRumah Property Showcase events last year.
Close to 15,000 visitors attended the showcases.
