Edra: No RFP issued to hire banks for IPO

KUALA LUMPUR: Edra Power Holdings Sdn Bhd issued a statement yesterday to deny a Reuters report that it has issued a request for proposal (RFP) to hire banks for its initial public offering and banks have to respond to the RFP by May 9. “Edra wishes to inform and clarify that it did not issue any such RFP,” it said.
