Bloom is the English Duke of Buckingham, who gets embroiled in a conspiracy to overthrow the French throne and start a war in Europe in this action romp based on the classic novel of the same name by Alexandre Dumas. Bloom and Luke Evans, who plays the musketeer Aramis, later co-starred in The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug (2013) and The Hobbit: The Battle Of The Five Armies (2014).
