PAKATAN Harapan should have focused on registering themselves as a coalition, which is more critical, rather than putting their energy in designing their logo.

Universiti Sains Malaysia political analyst Dr Sivamurugan Pandian said the pact members must agree on a common political goal.

He said designing the new logo would be meaningless if they failed to get approval from the Registry of Societies (RoS).

“It seemed like they are taking their time as Pakatan Harapan was formed 18 months ago and PPBM (Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia) had just signed the electoral pact in March.

“This is why they should decide on a common ground and get themselves registered instead of focusing on the political ideologies of each party in the pact,” he told the New Straits

Times.
