Fund said to seek offers for Paris assets

ABU DHABI: The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (Adia), one of the world’s largest sovereign-wealth funds, was seeking offers for Paris office buildings valued at €1.5 billion (RM7.36 billion) to cash in on increased investor appetite for French assets, according to sources. Adia hired broker Cushman & Wakefield to market the properties, said the people said. The portfolio comprises six to eight Boulevard Haussmann, an office building leased to French bank BPI France, among others. Agencies
