Fund said to seek of­fers for Paris as­sets

ABU DHABI: The Abu Dhabi In­vest­ment Author­ity (Adia), one of the world’s largest sov­er­eign-wealth funds, was seek­ing of­fers for Paris of­fice build­ings val­ued at €1.5 bil­lion (RM7.36 bil­lion) to cash in on in­creased in­vestor ap­petite for French as­sets, ac­cord­ing to sources. Adia hired bro­ker Cush­man & Wake­field to mar­ket the prop­er­ties, said the peo­ple said.
