PUTRAJAYA: Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd’s Flora Rosa in Precint 11 has seen 50 per cent of its 338 units sold since the first phase was launched in February.

Its chief executive officer, Datuk Azlan Abdul Karim, said the starting price for Flora Rosa was RM426,800.

“Flora Rosa offers a special 10:90 scheme, which allows buyers to only pay a 10 per cent deposit to secure the property, with the 90 per cent balance payable upon the issuance of the Certificate of Completion and Compliance.

“So the buyers will not have to worry about the interest as they are required to start paying for the house upon completion of the development,” he said at a press conference after the Flora Rosa May Celebration and Fashion Show event, here, yesterday.

At the event, Flora Rosa buyers were given special gold coins.

The Flora Rosa development — scheduled for completion in 2020 — comprises four towers and a total of 676 units.

It features five types of layouts for the prospective homeowners.

Type-A has a built-up area of 129.9 sq m; Type-B measures 109.9 sq m; Type C is 77 sq m; Type D is 113.9 sq m; and Type E is 209 sq m.

Flora Rosa boasts a mix of exclusive facilities, including an infinity swimming pool, learner pool, jogging and cycling tracks; a gymnasium as well as a surau.

It also has specially designed recreational and communal spaces to encourage residents to lead a healthier lifestyle.

Putrajaya Holdings marketing and commercial division general manager Sabariah Ramli said the second phase of the development was expected to be launched by year-end.
