Shah Headan and Rayer booted out for disobeying Law’s directive to sit down

THE state legislative assembly sitting got off to a fiery start yesterday, with two assemblymen ordered out of the House for disobeying Speaker Datuk Law Choo Kiang’s directive.

Datuk Shah Headan Ayoob Hussain Shah (BN-Teluk Bahang) and R.S.N. Rayer (DAP-Seri Delima) were asked to leave after both refused to sit down during a war of words.

Rayer had allegedly uttered BN ambil wanita sebagai objek seks (BN regards women as sex objects) while interjecting Datuk Mohd Salleh Man’s (Pas-Permatang Pasir) debate on the motion of thanks to Yang di-Pertua Negeri
