Shah Headan and Rayer booted out for dis­obey­ing Law’s di­rec­tive to sit down

THE state leg­isla­tive assem­bly sit­ting got off to a fiery start yes­ter­day, with two as­sem­bly­men or­dered out of the House for dis­obey­ing Speaker Datuk Law Choo Kiang’s di­rec­tive.

Datuk Shah Headan Ay­oob Hus­sain Shah (BN-Teluk Ba­hang) and R.S.N. Rayer (DAP-Seri De­lima) were asked to leave af­ter both re­fused to sit down dur­ing a war of words.

Rayer had al­legedly ut­tered BN am­bil wanita se­ba­gai ob­jek seks (BN re­gards women as sex ob­jects) while in­ter­ject­ing Datuk Mohd Salleh Man’s (Pas-Per­matang Pasir) de­bate on the mo­tion of thanks to Yang di-Per­tua Negeri
