FIVE MONTHS TO RE­PLACE DAM­AGED ROAD SIGN?

FIVE months have passed and the Shah Alam City Coun­cil (MBSA) has yet to re­place a dam­aged sign­board.

Ma­mat of Shah Alam said he had com­plained to the coun­cil in Jan­uary but the sign­board was still dan­gling from a tree.

“Is it so dif­fi­cult to re­place the sign­board? It has been five months,” he said.

ACTIONLINE:

An MBSA spokesman apol­o­gised for the de­lay and said the mat­ter had been re­ferred to the coun­cil’s en­gi­neer­ing depart­ment.

“We will re­place the Jalan Liku sign­board as soon as pos­si­ble for the ben­e­fit of visi­tors to the area,” he said.
