Damansara Realty Bhd (DBhd) recently unveiled its flagship housing project called Damansara Hills in Bandar Damansara in Kuantan, Pahang.

The project only offers 39 terraced houses, with a built-up of 2,404 sq ft each, and 10 semi-detached units, with a built-up of 2,659 sq ft each.

DBhd group chief executive officer Brian Iskandar Zulkarim said the concept of Damansara Hills was to provide private and exclusive living surrounded by lush greenery.

The 2.3ha project, which comes with a 0.57ha park, is expected to be completed by May next year.

Each unit is being sold for more than RM466,000.

“This project marks our first venture in Kuantan and will play a role in enhancing our revenue as we build the group’s profile as a reputable developer,” said Brian.

Damansara Hills is DBhd’s first project on its 202ha parcel in Pahang. The group has plans to progressively develop other projects in the area, depending on market demand.

The are many exciting developments happening in Kuantan which promise to spur the state’s gross domestic product, such as the East Coast Rail Line connecting Kuala Lumpur and Pahang.

Damansara Hills is located near the East Coast Economic Region Special Economic Zone. It is about 15 to 25 minutes’ drive to the Gebeng Integrated Petrochemical Complex, Kuantan Port and tourist attractions such as Cherating and Teluk Chempadak.

“As it is strategically located near the economic zone and tourist attractions, we are confident that Damansara Hills will be a choice for many,” added Brian.
