ABROKEN-HEARTED woman wants her teenage daughter back after learning that she was allegedly repeatedly raped by her foster father over four years.

The 40-year-old housekeeper broke down in tears after meeting her 13-year-old biological daughter, who is warded at Melaka Hospital for observation.

“I asked her to tell the truth, and she said she was being truthful. She said had been raped since she was nine with the recent rape taking place on Sunday.

“I asked her again and her reply was Demi Allah, saya tak tipu (I swear to God, I am not lying),” said the mother.

The woman, who remarried a year ago, is living in Kulai, Johor, and has a daughter aged 17 and son aged 15 from her previous marriage.

The family drove from Kulai to Melaka and met the woman’s youngest daughter after learning of her ordeal.

The girl’s mother added that she did not believe her daughter had lied as she had only lodged a report against her foster father after her eldest daughter advised her to do so.

“It was after the Sunday incident; she called my eldest daughter crying, saying that she was raped again on Sunday.

“My eldest daughter told me about it and I then went to the Kulai police station to lodge a report, but the police there advised me to tell my daughter (the victim) to lodge a report on her own instead,” she said, explaining why her daughter had to walk 5km from her home to the police station.

It was reported on Monday, that a 13-year-old girl’s rape ordeal has come to light when she lodged a report after being sexually assaulted by her foster father again on Sunday.

She claimed that she endured the constant sexual assaults since she was 9, and walked some 5km from her home to the police station to lodge a report against her 45-year-old foster father.

The teenager said her foster father raped her twice when she was sleeping at 4.45pm on Sunday, when her foster mother, a nurse, was away attending a course in Johor Baru.

The biological mother sought help from Ayer Keroh DAP assemblyman Khoo Poay Tiong, to obtain custodianship of her youngest daughter.

“I may not be rich and only working as a housekeeper, but I am capable of taking care of my two children and I’m confident that I can take care of my daughter.

“My eldest daughter will be furthering her studies in agriculture and my son, who is interested in engineering, is also doing well under my care.

“I want my daughter back. She was hugging me and begging to come back with me and I know I can take care of her,” she said.
