ACOLLEGE student yesterday revealed everything that had happened between her and a former aide to a DAP assemblyman.

He is in police custody for allegedly sexually assaulting her.

The 21-year-old, who is waiting her examination results, recounted in between tears the horror that had transpired. She was flanked by her father and her boyfriend, known only as Yeoh, a 33-year-old supervisor. The press conference was facilitated by Parti Cinta Malaysia vicepresident Datuk Huan Cheng Guan.

The girl said the incident happened on her first day of work as a part-time waitress at an entertainment outlet in Lebuh Pantai on July 6.

She said the alleged perpetrator, a 50-year-old man, was drinking whisky with a friend.

The man, a former DAP branch chief and former municipal councillor, was a regular at the outlet.

As the man was walking out, he asked the girl to accompany him the car park to retrieve his car.

“Since it was my first day at work, I did not want to offend the customer. So, I followed him.

“We walked into a dark passageway and he pushed me against the wall. I tried to fight him off but he was too big and strong. I could not do anything.

“He put his tongue into my mouth and kissed me. He put his hand inside my trousers and started touching my private part. I squatted down and began crying but he continued his advances,” she said in between sobs.

She said the man undid his belt, pulled out his penis and asked her to perform oral sex on him.

“When I refused, he said it was okay to use my hands. I was squatting and crying the whole time. I pushed him away but he told me to wait a little while (as he was masturbating then). Shortly afterwards, he ejaculated onto my pants and foot.”

The man even asked her how much money it would take to spend the night with him or to perform oral sex on him.

She said she ran into an adjacent bathroom and called her friend for help, before alerting her supervisor, who advised her to lodge a report.

She added that there were closed circuit television cameras surrounding the premises.

She said, after the incident, she received a WeChat message from the man’s friend, offering her money to “settle” the matter.

“I refused to take anything from him as I felt insulted and humiliated,” she added.

She said she had initially decided to keep the matter under wraps but found the courage to come forward to tell-all because of support from her father, Yeoh and PCM.

“I don’t want other girls to go through what I had to go through. I want justice to be served and I leave it to the police to investigate the matter and take appropriate action.”

Yeoh said he could not imagine a normal man behaving the way the man did.

“This is something abnormal... insane. My girlfriend was a simple and happy girl prior to the incident,” he said, adding that rumours circulating via WhatsApp that she had followed the perpetrator to his car were false.
